Mind-blowing attention to detail! Underfloor heating, towel warmers, bath salts with bubble bath, and champagne for my partner's birthday. The food was beyond amazing! The spa was wonderful, with every amenity you could ask for. The staff went above and beyond, friendly and well-presented. Truly deserving of a 5-star rating. A real retreat from the stresses of the city. Highly recommended.

Such a shame the dining room had no ambiance and the staff seemed clueless. The room was not as luxurious as advertised, with cobwebs and an uncomfortable bed.

They were incredibly accommodating and made every request possible to ensure our celebration was perfect. The service provided by the staff was simply wonderful and made us feel truly cared for.

One minor issue we encountered was that the shower drain in our room was clogging, which made showering a bit awkward. Additionally, as vegetarian and pescatarian diners, we felt that there could have been more variety in the menu catered towards our dietary preferences.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving experience with family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. The spa treatments were outstanding and the staff were friendly. The food was great with a diverse menu that included options for everyone. The location was convenient and provided easy access to activities and attractions in the area.

The dining room lacked a cozy ambiance and the lawn could have been better maintained. Housekeeping overlooked some details in the room, such as cobwebs and the turn-down service only prepared the bed for one person, when we were a party of two.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities fulfilled our needs in this hotel. The Spa & wellness centre with body scrubs, massages, and facials was exceptional. The leisure/TV room and the beautiful garden area were also great features.

The bar/lounge area was a bit understaffed, which caused some delays in service.
